We are looking for a **Junior Architect / Architecture Intern** to support the development of architectural projects from the conceptual stage through to the preparation of the executive project, including drafting drawings, 3D modeling, and rendering to accurately visualize and execute projects. **Main Responsibilities** * Preparation of architectural drawings (floor plans, sections, elevations, construction details). * Development of executive projects. * 3D modeling of projects in SketchUp. * Generation of renders and visual presentations. * Support in architectural surveys (if applicable). * Basic coordination with construction and design teams. * Organization and updating of project files. **Requirements** * Recent graduate or current intern in Architecture. * Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory). * Proficiency in SketchUp (mandatory). * Knowledge of rendering software (V\-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or similar). * Basic knowledge of executive project development and construction processes. * Basic proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator (desirable). **Skills** * Attention to detail. * Proactivity and eagerness to learn. * Organizational ability. * Teamwork. * Strong communication skills. **Plus (desirable)** * Prior experience in an architecture firm or professional internships. * Familiarity with local regulations. * Interest in interior design and construction execution. **We Offer** * Salary of $12,000 to $14,000 monthly, depending on experience. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. * Opportunity for career advancement within the company. * Work locations: Satélite, Tlalnepantla, Santa Fé, Atizapán. * Professional development on real projects. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment.
