Experience in irrigation system installation and design Proven experience as an irrigation supervisor (IN GREEN AREAS, NOT GREENHOUSE IRRIGATION) for a minimum of 2 years \- Experience in irrigation system installation (mandatory) \- Irrigation system design \- Solid leadership skills and ability to work in a team \- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability. \- Results-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks. \- Knowledge of software, AutoCAD, and project management tools will be considered a plus. \- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards on site. Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and other related professionals \- Request and coordinate material and equipment delivery. \- Maintain accurate records of project progress and generate periodic reports. \- Resolve problems and challenges that may arise during execution \- Guarantee adherence to established deadlines and budgets \- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other team members. \* Generate and adhere to the scheduled progress for landscaping and irrigation systems \* Supervise and coordinate materials delivery to site. \* Supervise and coordinate suppliers, contractors, and site personnel. \* Supervise proper execution \* Interpretation of drawings \* Logbook control \* Monitoring of construction schedules. \* Prepare weekly progress control reports. \* Joint responsibility for order and functionality of the field workplace. \* Personnel management \* Problem handling and resolution \* Supervise and coordinate project execution.
