We are seeking a **BIM DESIGNER**. **Position Objective:** * Develop three-dimensional models and construction drawings on BIM platforms for BMS (Building Management Systems), ensuring integration of control, automation, and energy-efficiency technologies within the overall building design, in compliance with project technical, regulatory, and quality standards. * **Responsibilities:** * Prepare installation drawings, logic diagrams, 3D models, and detailed BMS system drawings, in accordance with project specifications. * Generate and deliver as-built drawings and final technical documentation for project closeout. * Model and parametrize BMS system components on BIM platforms. * Conduct on-site surveys to verify actual conditions and ensure BIM model accuracy. * Implement BIM standards and protocols for proper project information management. * Collaborate with engineering and cost-control departments to optimize design based on cost and schedule considerations. * Attend site meetings and/or project clarification sessions, in person and/or virtually. * Site visits to verify drawings and/or 3D models. * Assist in preparing site documentation (installation sketches, installation isometrics, red-lines). **Competencies:** * Communication * Adaptability to change * Teamwork * Service orientation * Proactivity **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field. 2 years of BIM modeling experience (verifiable). Proficiency in BIM 360 and/or AC. Proficiency in software (AutoCAD, Revit). Fundamentals of BMS systems. Knowledge of NOM-001-SEDE-2012, Electrical Installations (desirable). **We Offer:** Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:30; Saturday, 08:00 to 14:00 / site work.
