Key Responsibilities: * Development of **structural and construction drawings** * Preparation of **engineering proposals** for residential, commercial, and industrial projects * Design and coordination of **subdivision and urban development projects** * Technical analysis, calculation reports, and structural solutions * Coordination with architects, contractors, and construction teams * Technical oversight during project execution A Civil Engineer is responsible for the **design, planning, and control of infrastructure and construction projects**, applying technical standards and structural calculations to ensure safety and feasibility. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (licensed, preferably with professional license) * Proven experience in project development * Proficiency in software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, ETABS, etc.) * Knowledge of Mexican regulations (CDMX) * Ability to develop projects from scratch In CDMX, projects must comply with the **Construction Regulations**, including signatures of responsible parties and regulatory compliance in drawings and execution.
