Key Responsibilities:** * **Tender Document Analysis:** Reading and understanding tender requirements (Compranet, private tenders). * **Bidding File Preparation:** Compilation of the technical envelope (resumes, certificates, methodologies) and administrative envelope (legal documentation). * **Cost Management:** Support in unit price analysis, requesting quotations from suppliers, and comparative evaluations. * **Document Control:** Tracking validity of surety bonds, contractor registrations, and supplier registries. **2.
