At **Grupo CIGA**, we seek a Civil Engineer or Architect with strong **leadership and results-oriented mindset** to join our team as Civil Construction Resident Engineer. You will be responsible for **technical and administrative execution on site**, ensuring the project is delivered on time, as specified, and meets established quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** \***Technical Supervision**: Ensure physical execution complies with drawings and specifications. \***Logbook Management**: Daily and detailed recording of progress and on-site agreements. \***Administrative Control**: Preparation of cost estimates, work generation reports, and material input control. \***Personnel Management**: Coordination of in-house crews and subcontractors. \***Safety**: Monitoring compliance with safety and hygiene regulations (PPE). **Requirements:** \*Education: **Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture** (Diploma and Professional License mandatory). \*Experience: Minimum **5 years** of verifiable experience as a Resident Engineer (preferably in commercial construction projects). \*Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and cost estimation software (OPUS or NEODATA). Skills: Assertive communication, negotiation ability, and on-site conflict resolution. Availability: Monday to Saturday.
