Position Summary: We are seeking a licensed Architect or Civil Engineer for BIM modeling, MEP development, and team leadership in architectural, structural, and installation projects. Key Highlights: 1. BIM model development and MEP support. 2. Team leadership and management. 3. Architectural, structural, and engineering systems modeling. **Responsibilities:** · Modeling from DWG drawings to RVT files according to the project’s LOD requirements. · Modeling from LOD 100 RVT models to RVT files according to the project’s LOD requirements. · Support in MEP development and BIM methodology. · Architectural, structural, and installation engineering systems modeling. **Mandatory Requirements:** · Licensed Architect or Civil Engineer. · Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position. · Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. · Proficiency in Revit software for drawing and documentation. · Team leadership and management skills. · Effective communication skills. · Technical problem-solving ability. · Organizational and task-tracking skills. · Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards for design and construction. **Mandatory Skills:** · Proficiency in Autodesk tools such as Revit and AutoCAD. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. · Proficiency in MS Project. **Desired Skills:** · Proficiency in Navisworks. · Experience leading multidisciplinary teams. · English level B2. **Working Hours**: Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00 hrs, Sat 9:00–13:00 hrs Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 – $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
