We are seeking Architects or Civil Engineers for our Cost and Budgeting Department. **About the Role:** Assist in preparing budgets ensuring they meet requirements regarding volume, cost, and quality. **Responsibilities:** * Track project-issued information * Manage quotations: send information, receive it, review it, cross-check it against the project, and report to the assigned Coordinator. * Perform takeoffs, quantity calculations, and volume estimations. * Prepare comparative tables based on received budgets and analyze different options. * Enter information into Monday board for project status updates. * Enter information into OPUS to support the Cost Coordinator. **Requirements:** * Education: Architecture or Civil Engineering * Software: Microsoft Office, Opus/Neodata, AutoCAD / Revit (for reviewing drawings and measurements / obtaining volumes) * Must reside in Los Cabos.
