Technical and Design Competencies * Architectural and urban design * Knowledge of serial housing * Knowledge of hydrosanitary engineering * Knowledge of electrical engineering * Digital Proficiency: Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), and rendering tools (SketchUp, 3D Max, etc.) is essential for visualizing projects prior to construction. * Regulatory Knowledge: Must be familiar with local technical and urban regulations to ensure legal project execution. * Calculation and Cost Estimation Skills: A competent designer must be able to calculate generative metrics, estimate costs, and prepare accurate budgets. 2. Skills * Spatial Vision and Sensitivity: Must possess the ability to pre-visualize how a space will function and empathize with end-user needs. * Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet strict deadlines. 3.
