We are seeking a highly committed individual with strong numerical skills, pro\-activity, and a collaborative mindset—someone eager to grow and develop both personally and professionally. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Graduated) * Reside in Mexico City or its surrounding areas. **Minimum 4 years’ experience performing the following activities:** * General Accounting \- Advanced * Federal Taxes \- Intermediate/Advanced * Payroll \- Intermediate * Financial Statements \- Intermediate/Advanced **Portal Proficiency:** * SAT \- (Advanced \- preferred) * IMSS, IDSE, Infonavit \- Intermediate * Electronic Accounting \- Intermediate/Advanced * DIOT \- Intermediate (Advanced \- preferred) * Financial Reporting \- Intermediate (Advanced preferred) * Annual Tax Returns for Individuals and Corporations \- (Advanced preferred) * Proficiency in Contpaq (accounting, payroll, and invoicing) is mandatory * Ability to review and validate technical deliverables, ensuring quality and compliance. \- (Advanced) **We Offer:** * Statutory Benefits (Social Security, Vacation Bonus, Thirteenth Salary, Vacation Days) * Annual performance-based bonus * Additional vacation days in December * Ongoing training **Work Schedule: Hybrid — 2 days per week in the office and 3 days per week remotely, from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM** **Monthly Salary: $20,000 to $25,000 gross** **Work Location: Reforma, 5 minutes from Fuente Diana.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Client portfolio management. * Financial analysis. * Preparation of working papers for tax returns. * Coding and recording of accounting journal entries. * Preparation of bank reconciliations. * Preparation of tax integration schedules. * Drafting of financial statements for authorization. * DIOT preparation. * Electronic accounting execution. * Progress reporting for supervisor review. * Downloading and issuing CFDIs via SAT. * Filing annual tax returns. * Maintaining up\-to\-date digital records. * Review and validation of technical deliverables, ensuring quality. * Team coordination and supervision.
