Proficiency in Excel **Responsibilities:** Posting vacancies on social media platforms and job boards such as OCC, Indeed, and CompuTrabajo, etc. Handling high-volume operational vacancies, both internal and external. Conducting screening, initial, and competency-based interviews Ongoing candidate follow-up Reference checking and validation Administration of psychometric and projective assessments Compilation of physical and electronic candidate files Weekly vacancy reporting Onboarding Supporting departmental activities **We Offer:** Work schedule: Monday–Saturday Monday–Friday: 9:00–18:00 hrs Saturday: 9:00–14:00 hrs Monthly gross salary: $15,000 plus performance-based bonuses 100% formal payroll scheme.
