Responsibilities: * Posting job openings on job boards and social media. * Actively sourcing candidates through digital channels. * Screening resumes and conducting interviews. * Coordinating interviews with department heads. * Timely candidate follow-up until hiring. * Managing and maintaining personnel files. * Meeting coverage metrics on time and with quality. * Managing databases and candidate tracking. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree (Psychology, Business Administration or related field). * Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience. * Proficiency with job boards (Indeed, Facebook, etc.). * Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills. * Results-driven mindset and sense of urgency.
