Assistance with check-in at kiosks. 2\. Passenger service in the lobby, directing them to the appropriate queues. 3\. Verification that passengers’ immigration and customs forms are fully completed and submission to the respective areas. 4\. Directing passengers to immigration. 5\. Escorting passengers to customs to collect their baggage. 6\.
