Opportunity to collaborate in human resources management **KATCON** is seeking: **Human Resources Intern (Parque Finsa 1\)** **Responsibilities**: * Recruitment and selection processes. * Management of job boards and social media. * Initial interviews and telephone screening. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word). * Candidate follow-up throughout the selection process. * Assistance in compiling personnel files. * Participation in onboarding activities. * Support in addressing employee inquiries and resolving questions. * Collaboration in workplace climate initiatives and internal events. **Requirements** * Schedule: 9:00 AM\-4:00 PM, Monday to Friday * Currently enrolled student in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Law, or related field. * Proactive attitude, teamwork orientation, and results-driven mindset. **Schedule:** * 4 to 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday. **Work Modality:** * On-site. **Location:** * Santa Catarina, Nuevo León.
