A leading company in the maintenance sector is seeking: Recruitment and HR Analyst Main Responsibilities: * Posting job openings on job boards and social media. * Conducting initial and in-depth interviews (operational and administrative). * Administering and evaluating psychometric tests. * Compiling personnel files. * Monitoring staffing coverage for each service. * Employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications. * Supporting termination processes. * Ensuring compliance with internal regulations. * Attending to employees. * Distributing uniforms and equipment. * Tracking contract renewals. * Monitoring KPIs: time-to-fill, turnover rate, absenteeism. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, or related field; current student or graduate. * Gender-neutral. * Knowledge of external recruitment. * Minimum one year of experience in operational roles (cleaning staff, maintenance staff, general assistants) and administrative roles. * Basic Excel skills. * Sense of urgency. * **Willingness and ability to travel and relocate.** We Offer: * Competitive salary: MXN 11,000–13,000. * Monthly productivity-based bonus. * Statutory benefits. * Opportunity for growth.
