We are looking for a **HUMAN RESOURCES ANALYST** REQUIREMENTS: · Incomplete or completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. · Work arrangement: On-site · Minimum 3 years of experience · Gender: Unspecified · Age range: 25 to 45 years old · Knowledge of Federal Labor Law (LFT), Income Tax Law (LISR), Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), National Workers’ Housing Fund Institute (INFONAVIT), Unified Accounting System (SUA), ASPEL NOI. · Must reside in Atlacomulco or surrounding areas, no more than 30 minutes away. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Recruiting and selecting personnel; coordinating candidate interviews. · Onboarding (Monitoring the entire hiring and integration process into the work team, including performance follow-up) · Preparation of preliminary payroll lists. · Updating employee files. · Managing internal communications and organizing social events and activities that promote company values and organizational culture. · Developing training programs · Identifying and addressing employee complaints, concerns, and needs. · Implementing workplace climate surveys, performance evaluations, and 360-degree evaluations. · Maintaining and updating job descriptions. · Supporting IMSS registration, termination, and modification processes · Supporting the follow-up and management of interns WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 8:45 am to 6:00 pm WE OFFER: Salary commensurate with qualifications Statutory benefits from day one Social Security Insurance Vacation days Vacation bonus Christmas bonus Punctuality bonus Position type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $10,500.00 – $11,000.00 per month Benefits: * Flexible working hours * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
