Implementation of accounting systems or ERPs Experience: * Minimum 5 to 10 years in finance or accounting roles. * Experience consolidating financial information from multiple companies, business units, or countries. * Coordination of internal teams and external accounting firms. * Experience in cash flow management. * Experience implementing accounting systems or ERPs. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Master’s degree in Finance, Consolidation, or International Accounting. **Position Responsibilities:** Lead the financial integration and consolidation of the company and its entities in Mexico, Guatemala, and the United States. Responsible for leading the search, acquisition, verification, and continuous updating of all accounting and financial information, ensuring its quality, timeliness, and consistency. Management of 3 legal entities in Mexico, Guatemala, and the United States. **Knowledge Requirements:** Accounting regulations in Mexico; knowledge of U.S. accounting regulations preferred. System implementation. Advanced Excel proficiency. Advanced English. Working Hours: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Working Days: Monday to Saturday. Position Type: Full-time.
