This vacancy is for you. * Respond to messages across all our channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and WhatsApp) * Handle phone calls * Prepare quotations * Prospect and seek new customers * Create and upload social media content * Record and capture multimedia content from customers (in-person days) * Provide direct in-branch customer service: * Offer additional services upon completion of their experience * Request feedback or reviews * Assist with celebrations (placing signs, delivering tokens/gifts) * Take photos of their experience Salary: * **$11,000 monthly** * **\+ commissions** for enterprise integration clients (does not include clients acquired via social media) Work Modality: * **Hybrid** * **On-site:** Friday, Saturday, and Sunday * **Remote:** Monday and Thursday * **Days off:** Tuesday and Wednesday * **Working hours:** 10:00 am to 7:00 pm (with a 1-hour lunch break) Position Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $12,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Option for indefinite-term contract * Medical expense insurance * Company-provided mobile phone Work Location: Hybrid remote work in 11870, Tacubaya, CDMX
