Location: The position is based in Mexico City. **Job Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Labor Relations, or related field. * Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in generalist HR / HR Assistant roles. * Skills: Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), payroll, and internal policies. * Excellent writing and organizational skills. **Job Responsibilities** * Design and drafting of job descriptions and periodic updates. * Development of internal policies and procedures aligned with best practices. * Tracking and management of mixed commissions and other compensation schemes. * Solid knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT) and practical application. * Payroll support: file management, incident handling, basic payroll calculation, and benefits administration. **Compensation and Additional Benefits** * Competitive monthly salary of $12,000 * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Continuous training on Human Resources topics. * Collaborative work environment. * Hybrid work model, combining on-site work (Anzures Miguel Hidalgo / Tlalpan) and remote work. * Statutory benefits.
