Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, or related field. Experience in personnel recruitment Experience as an HR Generalist Availability to visit another office (at least once per week) What will you do? Personnel recruitment Maintenance and preparation of personnel files Handling of attendance incidents Employee onboarding and offboarding What do we offer? Gross monthly salary of $12,000.00 Guaranteed bonus of $3,000.00 for the first three months; thereafter, bonuses are based on KPI achievement Statutory benefits Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–18:00 hrs (2-hour lunch break), and Saturdays, 8:00–14:00 hrs. Work location: El Salto, Jalisco. Position type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 – $15,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
