At **DESCORCHE**, we are looking to add talent to our **GDL** team. **SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE** Objective: Maintain strong client relationships with a forward-looking perspective for the agency—i.e., driving and developing projects for assigned accounts, as well as ensuring proper coordination with external and internal departments (internal brief/presentation – creative and quotation – production). **REQUIREMENTS:** * \+25 years old * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Administration, Communications, or related field * Intermediate English * **Previous experience in similar roles at agencies and/or BTL service providers** * Residence in Guadalajara, Jalisco **(Mandatory)** * Experience preparing quotations * Experience in customer service and client support * Background in production (interfacing with and negotiating with suppliers, setups, events, etc.) * Personal computer equipment * Attach CV in PDF format **(Mandatory)** **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Brief intake * Project operations management (initiation/follow-up/closure) * Project financial administration (purchases/invoicing/credit notes, etc.) * Inventory control of materials produced by the Production department * Quotation preparation in collaboration with the Production department * User and Account Executive support and service * Monitoring of general internal administrative processes and internal portal workflows **WE OFFER:** * Statutory benefits \- IMSS coverage with mixed salary (upon completion of the quarterly probationary period) * 12 vacation days starting from the first year * 15-day year-end bonus * 25% vacation premium * Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 10 AM–6 PM (For the Account Executive role, it is critical to remain available to clients and responsive to project needs during the hours they specify) * Competitive salary \- commensurate with qualifications Employment type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 \- $17,000.00 per month Education: * Incomplete or ongoing bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Experience: * Account Executive: 1 year (Preferred) Willingness to travel: * 75% (Preferred) Work location: On-site
