




An industrial-sector company dedicated to the manufacturing of corrugated cardboard and packaging is seeking to hire an Account Executive with proven experience in managing supplies, materials, and suppliers within this industry. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Management, or related fields. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in similar positions, preferably within the industrial or packaging sector. * Proficiency in Excel, Word, and management software (ERP, CRM). * Excellent communication skills, proactivity, and customer orientation. * Ability to work effectively in a team and strong organizational skills. * Availability: Monday to Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.; Saturday, 9:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide support to the sales team in tracking quotations, orders, and customer service. * Prepare and manage quotations and purchase orders. * Coordinate with production and logistics departments to ensure on-time deliveries. * Handle customer inquiries via telephone and email. * Assist with invoicing, document filing, and accounts receivable management. * Maintain and update the customer database. * ***Personal vehicle required*** **We Offer:** * Salary: $10,000–$15,000 monthly \* paid weekly * Statutory benefits: Year-end bonus (aguinaldo), vacation time, vacation premium, social security (IMSS), profit-sharing (PTU), maternity/paternity leave. * Job stability. * Professional growth opportunities.
