*This job posting comes from the Talenteca.com job board* ### **Job opening at the company Hogar es Vivir in Andrés Molina Enríquez \- Jilotepec, State of Mexico** ### **Responsibilities** * Customer service and advisory (site visits to developments, model homes, follow-up via WhatsApp/calls). * Prospecting customers at sales points, in the field, companies, and institutions. * Preparing a weekly appointment schedule and fulfilling assigned shifts/duties. * Registering and following up on prospects/customers in the system (CRM) and submitting activity reports. * Compiling sales files and following up on mortgage loan procedures with financial institutions. * Accompanying customers during the deed signing process and collaborating with Title/After-sales departments when required. * Adhering to commercial policies (pricing, promotions, discounts) and internal guidelines (punctuality, uniform, no handling of cash). ### **Requirements** * Experience in sales and/or customer service (preferred).
