




Join our team as **KAM - SHEIN** ***Objective:*** We are seeking a **360° Key Account Manager for SHEIN**, responsible for end-to-end account management with strategic and operational focus, driving sales growth, profitability, and brand positioning within the marketplace. * End-to-end account management for SHEIN (strategy, operations, and execution). * Development and implementation of the **annual commercial plan**. * Coordination of **catalog uploads** (products, pricing, descriptions, images). * Analysis of **commercial KPIs**: sales, margin, traffic, conversion, ROAS. * Management of **promotions, campaigns, and commercial calendars** for SHEIN. * Monitoring of **inventory levels, replenishments, and sell-out**. * Performance optimization through data analysis and reporting. * Direct interaction with the **SHEIN team** and internal stakeholders. * Identification of growth opportunities and continuous improvement. ***Requirements*** * Minimum of **[2–3] years’ experience** managing marketplaces (SHEIN preferred; experience with Mercado Libre, Amazon, Walmart, etc. is also valuable). * Proven experience as a **KAM or Account Manager**. * Solid knowledge of **e-commerce, pricing, promotions, and logistics**. * Advanced proficiency in **Excel / Google Sheets**. * Strong analytical capability and results orientation. * Negotiation and communication skills. * Organizational skills and autonomy to manage accounts 360°. ***Desirable*** * Direct experience with the **SHEIN Seller Center**. * Knowledge of **fashion / retail**. * Familiarity with BI tools or dashboards. * Intermediate English. ***Key Competencies*** * Strategic thinking * Commercial orientation * Data analysis * Proactivity * Collaborative work * Results orientation Job type: Full-time Salary: $12,836.00 – $14,326.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Option for an indefinite-term contract Work location: On-site
