Important international company, currently expanding, is seeking: ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES / HEALTH PROMOTERS / CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES **Available shifts:** **Morning shift 8\-2** **Afternoon shift 2\-8** **MONDAY TO SATURDAY \*\*\*\* (FIXED DAY OFF ON SUNDAY)\*\*\*\*.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Answer customer calls to provide advice or guidance regarding service usage. * Explain benefits and procedures. * Coordinate services. * Enter and validate personal data. * Resolve inquiries and follow up on requests. * Meet performance targets. * Promote new services. **REQUIREMENTS:** * High school diploma with certificate; bachelor’s degree in health-related fields (in progress or incomplete) preferred. * Prior experience in customer service or health service promotion preferred. * Strong communication skills and active listening ability. * **Basic computer and CRM software proficiency.** * Proactivity and ability to work under pressure. * Empathy. * Immediate availability.
