Responsibilities * Lead daily kitchen operations during service and production. * Ensure consistency, flavor, and presentation for every dish. * Coordinate and motivate the kitchen team. * Participate in menu development, refinement, and evolution. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper hygiene practices. * Monitor inventory, waste, and kitchen costs. * Organize production and ensure smooth workflow during service. Profile * Prior experience as a Chef. * Strong palate and culinary judgment. * Leadership ability in the kitchen and team management skills. * Organization, discipline, and attention to detail. * Passion for working with high-quality ingredients and continuous improvement.
