Promote an excellent service attitude toward guests and colleagues. **JOIN OUR TEAM!** We are a company dedicated to **luxury short- and long-term accommodations**, and we are currently seeking a **TRAINING SPECIALIST**. **Your Responsibilities:** * As a trainer, you will deliver consistent instruction on room cleaning procedures for all assigned housekeepers. * Work collaboratively with the organization’s inspection team to ensure new and current staff consistently deliver rooms in impeccable condition—clean, high-quality, and minimizing guest complaints. **What We’re Looking For:** * Prior experience supervising cleaning staff; hospitality experience preferred. * Honest, proactive, punctual, organized, and responsible individual. * Outstanding service attitude toward customers and coworkers. **We Offer:** * $11,500 net monthly salary \+ Sunday bonuses \+ statutory holidays. * Benefits as mandated by law. * Career growth and recognition program. * Employee referral bonus. * Work location: Roma/Condesa. * Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 09:00–18:00, with one rotating day off.
