Supervise and follow up with team members **Job Description** ---------------------- A partner company of Amedirh is seeking a “SENIOR ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT ANALYST” REQUIREMENTS * Completed Bachelor’s degree. * 3–5 years of experience managing teams and personnel under supervision. * Experience in designing and implementing organizational climate strategies, surveys, and internal culture initiatives. * Proficiency in performance evaluation, training plans, and talent retention strategies. * Analysis of HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, headcount) and generation of executive reports. * Management and follow-up of Organizational Development (OD) projects. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
