Experience in Training and Human Development Coordinate and execute training, development, and internal communication programs, ensuring talent growth, strengthening of organizational culture, and effective communication with employees. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate internal events, meetings, and operational logistics * Conduct onboarding, training sessions, and workshops * Design instructional materials and internal communication content * Disseminate organizational policies and processes * Implement human development programs * Identify training needs (TNA) by position * Evaluate training outcomes and workplace climate * Monitor key performance indicators and prepare reports * Coordinate performance evaluations **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Pedagogy, Organizational Communication, or related field * Minimum 3 years of experience in training or human development * Preferred experience in the education, sports, or aquatic sectors * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Ability to deliver courses and manage group facilitation * Strong organizational, follow-up, and results-oriented skills * Proficiency in digital tools and Microsoft Office suite Apply now and we will contact you immediately.
