Job Summary: We are seeking a Surgical Instrument Technician to provide surgical assistance, perioperative technical support, and management of surgical instruments and supplies, ensuring sterility and regulatory compliance. Management of surgical instruments and supplies in the operating environment **INTER MÉDICA GROUP IS SEEKING A SURGICAL INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN** **WE OFFER** * Base monthly salary of MXN 12,300, tax-free * Event-based payments * Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 6 PM; Saturdays, 7 AM to 3 PM, with on-call availability * Training and career development * Work tools * Uniforms **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Verify requested and dispatched surgical instruments and supplies prior to the surgical event. * Provide surgical assistance according to assignment while maintaining sterility of the surgical field. * Provide technical support during the perioperative period as required by the institution. * Conduct post-surgical counts of instruments and supplies; report any anomalies or incidents to the immediate supervisor. * Process hospital billing to ensure appropriate charges in accordance with each institution’s regulations. * Complete and formally submit internal documentation for administrative management. • Assist with the entry and exit of equipment requested per event. * Perform counts and complete established forms for consigned supplies and instruments (if applicable) * Provide clinical and surgical advisory support as required by the client. * Attend all academic activities established by Inter Médica. * Attend activities assigned by Inter Médica based on operational needs. * Report daily to direct supervisor with status updates on activities and current location. Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: MXN $12,000.00 – $12,300.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
