Job Summary: Supervise and coordinate field teams of technicians and installers, managing conduit installation and cable laying projects, and interpreting blueprints. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision of work crews and coordination of cabling projects. 2. Interpretation of architectural and telecommunications blueprints. 3. Use of AutoCAD for reviewing technical drawings. -Supervise and coordinate field teams of technicians and installers, ensuring proper execution of work in accordance with quality and safety standards. -Manage and track conduit installation and cable laying projects, monitoring progress, delivery timelines, and goal achievement. -Interpret architectural and telecommunications blueprints to guide appropriate infrastructure installation. -Supervise structured cabling and outside plant cabling installations, including copper (UTP) and fiber optic networks. -Use AutoCAD to review and interpret technical drawings. -Prepare progress reports, coordinate resources, and maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, and project teams. *Willingness to travel *Driver's license . -Requirements- Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent - Technical Professional Education 2 years of experience Age: between 25 and 40 years Knowledge: Change management Driver's licenses: Class A Willingness to travel: Yes Keywords: resident, supervisor, team leader, assistant manager, responsible person, coordinator, manager, captain
