Coordinate internal and external audits JOB OBJECTIVE Ensure the recording, control, and analysis of the company’s financial operations, complying with tax, legal, and accounting obligations, to support strategic decision-making. RESPONSIBILITIES ° Manage all accounting transactions ° Prepare budget forecasts ° Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement) ° Manage and file monthly and annual tax returns (Income Tax, VAT, withholdings, etc.) ° Supervise proper invoicing and compliance with SAT requirements ° Control and reconcile bank accounts, accounts receivable, and accounts payable ° Coordinate internal and external audits ° Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closings ° Make timely fixed payments ° Provide financial and tax consulting ° Ensure confidentiality of financial data and perform data backups. ° Use ASPEL (COI, NOI) REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS ° Experience handling imports and exports ° Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (degree and professional license required) ° Minimum 3–5 years of work experience in accounting, taxation/auditing ° Proficiency in and application of Financial Information Standards (NIF) ° Experience with accounting software ° Advanced spreadsheet and digital skills ° Critical thinking and analytical skills ° Organization and planning skills ° Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines ° Clear communication and professional ethics Employment Type: Full-time Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory) Experience: * Accounting: 3–5 years (Mandatory, verifiable) Language: * English (Desirable) Work Location: On-site employment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $28,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
