




Job Summary: Responsible for supervising operations, logistics, personnel management, and customer service, ensuring standardization and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive supervision of branch operations and logistics. 2. Team management and coordination, including training. 3. Customer service and continuous improvement of protocols. **Operations and Logistics** * Supervise branch opening and closing procedures. * Optimize appointment scheduling and operational time utilization. * Ensure facilities remain clean, functional, and in optimal condition. * Verify availability of supplies, products, and materials. * Supervise weekly orders and internal logistics. * Support reception and special openings as needed. **Personnel Management** * Manage staff vacation schedules and requirements. * Address questions, complaints, or suggestions from the operations team. * Coordinate and supervise training for therapists and reception staff. * Verify compliance with uniform and appearance standards. **Customer Service** * Address and follow up on customer inquiries, complaints, or suggestions. * Supervise proper customer service across all contact channels. **Standardization and Continuous Improvement** * Document and update operational protocols and manuals. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
