LEADING AUTOMOTIVE DEALERSHIP IN THE LUXURY CHANNEL **WORKSHOP MANAGER** Requirements · Automotive industry experience (Mandatory) · Degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering · Minimum 2 years’ experience as Workshop Manager or similar position · Experience managing both unionized and non-unionized personnel Responsibilities · Supervise workshop operations · Develop, supervise, and ensure compliance with the maintenance schedule and corrective repairs · Coordinate and delegate tasks to technicians · Issue service orders for vehicles · Prepare and track quotations for customers · Approve purchases of required parts or tools · Ensure timely vehicle repairs, minimizing time spent in the workshop · Maintain the fleet’s operational condition in accordance with standards We Offer · Ongoing training · Career growth · Professional development · Base salary + commissions Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
