OBJECTIVE: To manage petroleum withdrawal programs from various storage terminals to ensure compliance with agreed volumes with suppliers and customers. EDUCATION: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration degree, or related field. **EXPERIENCE:** * Data Analyst * Administrative Assistant * Operations and Logistics Assistant * Procurement and Billing Assistant. **KNOWLEDGE:** * Intermediate Excel * Database management * General administrative knowledge * Numerical aptitude WORK LOCATION: Calz. Gral. Mariano Escobedo 375, Polanco, Polanco V Secc, Miguel Hidalgo, 11560 Ciudad de México, CDMX RESPONSIBILITIES: * + Receive withdrawal programs sent by customers (Distributors and/or Marketers) + Schedule withdrawals using the means and platforms provided by suppliers + Monitor supplier adherence to agreed withdrawal programs. + Download and register delivery notes to track withdrawal progress. + Reconcile received volumes with Procurement and Billing Assistants + Prepare monthly procurement reports per supplier and distribute them to relevant departments + Provide administrative support to stakeholders for program execution and fleet handling + Record and prepare reports on Pemex product purchases–sales via commercial intermediation + Monitor customer (Distributors and/or Marketers) payment due dates + Receive and review supplier evaluations.
