Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst passionate about procurement management, supplier negotiation, and process optimization, responsible for executing the full procurement cycle and ensuring policy compliance. This opportunity is for you! **Location:** Samara, Santa Fe, CDMX **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. \| Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. **Work Mode:** On-site ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Execute the complete procurement process: requisition, quotation, comparative analysis, purchase order issuance, and delivery tracking. * Source and develop reliable suppliers of materials, services, and equipment related to industrial operations. * Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery timelines. * Coordinate with requesting departments to ensure purchases meet technical specifications. * Register and maintain an up-to-date database of suppliers, contracts, purchase orders, and deliveries. * Monitor delivery compliance and manage solutions for potential non-compliance. * Support preparation of procurement reports, cost savings, and supplier performance evaluations. * Ensure compliance with procurement policies, budgetary controls, and required fiscal documentation. * Participate in internal and external audits by providing departmental information. * **Develop and maintain product and supplier catalogs**, and perform **price review and management**. ### **Requirements:** * Proven experience in **procurement** (preferably in real estate, industrial, or construction sectors). * Knowledge of supplier management and comparative analysis. * Strong negotiation and teamwork skills. * Proficiency in databases and procurement reporting. * **Essential experience in catalog creation and price management!** ### **We Offer:** * Subsidized cafeteria support ($60 daily) * Major Medical Expense Insurance (MMEI) * Life Insurance (LI) * Excellent work environment and development opportunities * Additional days off * Half-day birthday leave * Total Pass membership * Scholarship opportunities for master’s degree studies **If you meet the profile, apply now and join our team!**
