Coordination of cutting, printing, and sewing processes Job Description A textile company is seeking a Production Control Manager with experience in the apparel industry, responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the production process involving contract manufacturers (maquilas) and external suppliers, ensuring on-time, high-quality, and cost-effective deliveries. Main Responsibilities * Daily monitoring of WIP and production orders * Production scheduling and load balancing * Assignment and monitoring of contract manufacturers (maquilas) * Coordination of cutting, printing, and sewing processes * Monitoring of delivery dates and production priorities * Coordination with procurement, quality assurance, warehouse, and design departments * Identification and resolution of risks or bottlenecks * Monitoring of production-related inventories * Evaluation of contract manufacturers (maquilas) and suppliers * Generation of reports and operational control Requirements * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in textile production control or the apparel industry * Experience working with contract manufacturers (maquilas) * Knowledge of textile processes and garment production * Proficiency in Excel and WIP control * Strong organizational and follow-up skills * Operational leadership and decision-making ability Profile * Sense of urgency * Organized * Results-oriented * Problem-solving ability * Ability to work under pressure * Effective communication skills We Offer * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Professional development Working Hours Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Application Interested candidates may apply through this channel or send an updated CV.
