Position Summary: We are seeking an Information Technology Manager for PYTSA, responsible for leading technological management and development, providing technical support, and optimizing business processes. Technical support and enterprise process optimization **Profile Requirements for Information Technology Manager at PYTSA:** · Academic background: Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Computer Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. · Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience, preferably in highly responsible positions or managerial roles. · Implementation, configuration, and maintenance of ERP systems, preferably Odoo v16 or later, and AS400 systems. · Accounting, invoicing, and electronic stamping systems (Contpaqi). · Intermediate-to-advanced knowledge of computer support, voice and data networks, servers, backup systems, and printing. · Basic proficiency in Power BI dashboard creation; Excel proficiency. · Other technical skills: o Basic knowledge of SQL databases. o Advanced proficiency in current operating systems. o Advanced knowledge of Excel in its latest versions. o Basic-to-intermediate knowledge of wired and wireless networks, firewall administration, and IP telephony. o Email administration, domain controllers, and backup systems. o Intermediate knowledge of collaboration platforms such as Microsoft 365, including core applications like OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint. · Manufacturing sector experience is desirable. Basic understanding of operational, administrative, accounting, and other functional business areas is also desirable. · Experience managing IT projects and designing/executing strategies to efficiently leverage technology within the organization. Direct experience enforcing strict controls for audits and report generation. · Soft skills: leadership, analytical and problem-solving ability, teamwork, organization and cleanliness, responsibility and compliance orientation, adaptability to change, and communication skills. · Languages: Intermediate or higher proficiency in English, both spoken and written. Key Responsibilities: · User support and technical assistance, addressing any technological request or failure that may arise. · Proactive maintenance of various devices, systems, and platforms, including data backup on those systems. · Leading the ERP Odoo implementation and maintenance process within the company. · Identifying opportunities for business process improvement and designing technology-enabled solutions. · Planning and delivering training and user education for systems and available tools or technologies. · Preparing technology procurement requirements for the company. · Managing budgets and resources for acquiring and maintaining systems and technologies. · Ensuring controls for system onboarding, offboarding, and modifications; server and user backup control; print control; and telephone and mobile line payment management. · Providing data reports and analysis for decision-making, as requested by various departments and senior management.
