Job Summary: This Fleet Analyst role focuses on ensuring operational transportation efficiency to meet customer service requirements, coordinating resources and optimizing processes. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in coordinating and improving the efficiency of transportation lines. 2. Fundamental support to internal and external customers. 3. Identification of opportunities for improvement in transportation. Fleet Analyst – Operations Area Visualize the operational approach to fulfill customer service requirements and achieve effectiveness and efficiency across transportation lines. With support from the procurement team, map available transportation resources to prevent customer service failures and provide support to internal customers (suppliers, colleagues, departments, etc.) and external customers (accounts). Identify transportation improvement opportunities to communicate observations to the Procurement Department and provide feedback to Line Teams (LT) within Estafeta. Responsibilities * Assign vehicle requests to transportation providers. * Confirm to the requester the availability of required vehicles and/or scheduling of orders. * Notify the requester that the transportation provider fulfills the loading appointment timely and properly. * Confirm general route details to the transportation provider via email. * Generate a transportation assignment report, included in the consolidated load summary for each account. Submit vehicle requirement requests via email at least 24 hours prior to the loading appointment, providing the following information: * **Service Type:** Dry, Specialized. * **Vehicle Types:** Sedan, 1.5 T, 3.5 T, Rabón, Torton, 48- and/or 53-foot box trailer, Double Articulated. * **Cargo Type:** Perishable, Pharmaceutical, Packaging Materials, Documents, Dietary Supplements, Cosmetics, Technology. * **Additional Services:** (Specify as needed). * **Pickup and Delivery Points:** Origin and destination. * **Recipient Information:** Name, phone number, email address. * **Special Delivery Requirements:** Loading and unloading. * **Carta Porte Supplement.** * **Restrictions:** Time windows, traffic restrictions, permits, receiving capacity. * **Loading Appointment Date and Time.** * **Number of Vehicles Required.** * **Shipment Reference Number.** * **Number of Pallets to Be Transported.** **WORK HOURS:** 09:00 AM TO 6:00 PM We Offer * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Job stability. * Excellent work environment.
