




Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate Collections and Administrative Procedures Coordinator to review invoices, apply payments, manage credit memos, and reconcile accounts receivable, including in-person hospital visits and document handling. With a focus on quality and excellence, we aim to welcome into our team a **Collections and Administrative Procedures Coordinator**, passionate and aligned with our commitment to efficiency and sustainable growth. **Key Responsibilities:** * Verify that invoices exactly match purchase orders and "contra\-receipts". * Payment application: Identify bank transfers and apply them to corresponding invoices. * Credit memo management. * Accounts receivable reconciliation: Analyze which invoices are overdue and why. * In-person hospital visits to deliver physical documents or obtain signatures. * Document management: Handle a high volume of documents (delivery notes, electronic invoices, receipt stamps). **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a collections coordinator is preferred. * Strong service orientation. * Education: High school diploma. * Experience in health sector administrative procedures (e.g., IMSS, ISSSTE). **We Offer:** Gross monthly salary and statutory benefits.
