Analysis and problem solving **Vacancy: Control Room Manager** *Creaciones Ravel* **Position Objective:** Coordinate and supervise Control Room operations, ensuring proper material flow, inventory control, incoming and outgoing goods handling, as well as planning and supply of trimmings, guaranteeing efficiency, order, and compliance at every stage of the production process. **Main Responsibilities:** **Control and Coordination** * Manage appointments with suppliers for goods receipt and delivery. * Coordinate the daily schedule with Production, Warehouse, and the Control Room. * Ensure adherence to timelines and operational order. **Production Monitoring** * Analyze cutting reports and validate permitted percentages. * Identify deviations and follow up with Production and Purchasing. * Manage internal customer communications regarding discrepancies. **Warehouse and Inventory** * Coordinate fabric receipt and storage. * Ensure accurate system registration. * Supervise order, cleanliness, and inventory control. * Submit monthly reports to Management. **Trimmings Management** * Generate trimming orders by model. * Coordinate with Purchasing and Design on specifications and delivery timelines. * Ensure correct trimming allocation for production. * Supervise proper label creation. **Incoming and Outgoing Goods** * Coordinate material dispatch to subcontractors, cutting, and application departments. * Validate documentation and traceability of goods. * Ensure proper flow of packages between processes. **Team Management** * Supervise and coordinate the Control Room team. * Balance workloads and priorities. * Train personnel on area-specific processes. **Control and Continuous Improvement** * Generate departmental KPIs and reports. * Report incidents to Management. * Ensure compliance with internal processes and policies. **Requirements:** * Education: High school diploma or technical degree/Engineering (Industrial, Textile, or related field). * Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in warehouse, logistics, or Control Room operations. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Experience in inventory control and operations. **Key Skills:** * Leadership and team management * Organization and planning * Effective communication * Analysis and problem solving * Results-oriented mindset **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Job stability * Professional growth * Positive work environment Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $13,000.00 – $15,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
