




Position Summary: Junior Analyst or Key Account Executive responsible for inputting, updating, and analyzing commercial information, key performance indicators (KPIs), and managing orders and sales forecasts. Key Responsibilities: 1. Retail sales data analysis and performance evaluation 2. Management of retail portals and commercial indicator tracking 3. Dashboard creation and order cycle monitoring Bachelor's degree in: Marketing, Economics, Actuarial Science, or related field. Strong knowledge in a discipline related to retail sales data analysis and performance evaluation is essential. Junior Analyst or Key Account Executive * Responsible for inputting, updating, and analyzing commercial files, formats, and KPIs such as sell-in, sell-out, forecast, sell-thru, fill rate, among others. * Access retail portals to download necessary information for each commercial activity. * Order, checkbook, and collection tracking, control, and analysis. * Forecast management analysis for sales and production, identifying standard trends. * Retail portal management: Walmart, DSW Control, Soriana, HEB, Suburbia (familiarity with all is not required). * Not mandatory, but textile industry experience is preferred. * Intermediate-to-Advanced Excel proficiency. * Pivot table expertise. * Intermediate English proficiency. * SAP Business One knowledge. * Dashboard creation. * MASTEREDI proficiency. * Analytical capability to handle the following indicators: Sell-in, Sell-out, Sell-thru, Fill rate, Forecast, Projections, Sales progress, Product share aligned with sales. * 80/20 principle. * Order cycle monitoring (from publication through delivery).
