




Job Summary: HR Auditor responsible for reviewing personnel files, verifying recruitment processes, monitoring data privacy practices, and identifying hiring deviations to ensure regulatory compliance. Key role in auditing recruitment processes and data protection. **Main Responsibilities (HR Focus)** **Recruitment File Audit:** Randomly and systematically review candidate files to verify completeness of required legal and technical documentation. **Screening Process Verification:** Supervise proper execution of employment references, psychometric tests, and background checks according to established protocols. **Privacy Compliance Monitoring:** Audit handling of applicants’ personal data to ensure adherence to privacy notices and secure safeguarding of sensitive information. **Hiring Deviation Detection:** Identify potential flaws in the recruitment workflow (e.g., response time delays, skipped steps, missing signatures) and propose corrective actions. **Quality Reporting:** Prepare internal audit reports on the operational performance of the recruitment team and compliance with legal KPIs. **Requirements** **Education:** Partially completed or completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Law, or Business Management. **Attention to Detail:** High capacity for observation and document analysis. **Residence:** Mexico City (Benito Juárez neighborhood) or areas with easy access for in-office work. **Skills and Knowledge** **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data cross-referencing and database auditing; familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). **Knowledge:** Understanding of the Federal Labor Law (with emphasis on hiring documentation) and the Federal Law on Personal Data Protection. **Competencies:** Unwavering integrity, critical thinking, technical writing ability, and excellent organizational skills. **What the Company Offers** **Statutory Benefits:** IMSS, INFONAVIT, year-end bonus, vacation days, and vacation premium from day one. **Stability:** Direct employment contract with growth opportunities within the Compliance area. **Work Environment:** Professional, ethical, and process-oriented with emphasis on continuous improvement. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
