We are looking for a proactive and organized person to join our logistics team. This role is essential to ensure timely deliveries and maintain control in the area. Main responsibilities: * **Order and shipment tracking:** Coordinate and monitor the dispatch and receipt process of products, ensuring proper documentation (invoices, service orders, etc.). * **Basic knowledge** of vehicle-related procedures and insurance management. * **Route planning:** Support scheduling of distribution routes and staff assignments to optimize delivery times and costs. * **Customer/supplier support:** Act as a liaison to resolve issues related to deliveries, pickups, or order status. * **Documentation management:** Organize, archive, and record logistics information. * **Record maintenance:** Prepare reports and daily activity logs. Profile requirements * **Education:** Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics/Administration or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of prior experience in logistics, warehouse, or similar operations roles. **Technical skills:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (basic/intermediate Excel is mandatory). * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Problem-solving ability and capacity for quick decision-making. * Proactivity, responsibility, and ability to work in a team. * Strong communication skills and customer service orientation. **We offer** * Weekly salary of 2450 pounds. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. **Please apply only if the schedule and salary meet your expectations.** Job type: Full-time Salary: $10,650.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
