We currently have an opening for: PAYROLL COORDINATOR JOB OBJECTIVE: Ensure the accurate preparation, control, and timely payment of nationwide payroll, ensuring compliance with current labor, tax, and social security regulations, as well as the organization’s internal policies. Contribute to operational efficiency and employee satisfaction through reliable, accurate, and standardized payroll processes. RESPONSIBILITIES: Validation and timely payroll disbursement nationwide Collection of attendance/incident reports from units and corporate office Requesting and validating food voucher payments Tracking and reporting of employee absences due to incapacity Organizing and coordinating onboarding for new hires Printing and timely distribution of payroll receipts to units Calculation of year-end bonus (Aguinaldo), profit-sharing (PTU), and special payroll runs Managing the employee database and keeping employee information up to date Calculation of severance payments and indemnities Knowledge and application of the Social Security Law (Ley del Seguro Social), INFONAVIT, ISN, and ISR; state and federal taxes related to salaries and wages Generating payroll reports and statistics Calculation of Daily Wage, Integrated Daily Wage, Employer-Employee Contribution Rates, ISR on Salaries, Aguinaldo, and all other payroll- or compensation-related duties, inclusive but not limited to those listed above By joining us, you will receive: NET MONTHLY SALARY: $18,000 to $22,000 NET Additionally, we offer: STATUTORY BENEFITS SAVINGS PLAN FREE DINING HALL SERVICE (BREAKFAST AND LUNCH) INTERNAL CAREER GROWTH Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Work location: Barranca del Muerto Interested?
