Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Plastic Extrusion Supervisor with expertise in mold assembly, machine adjustments, personnel supervision, and troubleshooting extrusion machines. Option for an indefinite-term contract and free uniforms **IMPORTANT: LEADING COMPANY IN PLASTIC TRANSFORMATION IS SEEKING:** **PLASTIC EXTRUSION SUPERVISOR** **REQUIREMENTS:** **\- Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience operating plastic extrusion machines in the plastic transformation industry** **\- Minimum education: junior high school / high school** **\- Availability to work rotating shifts.** **\- Committed** **\- Responsible** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** **\- Mold assembly, adjustments, and molding processes** **\- Repairing dimensional and attribute-related defects** **\- Personnel supervision** **\- Completion of production reports** **\- Adjustment of molding parameters** **\- Monitoring of the production process** **WE OFFER:** * Training on the use of plastic EXTRUSION machines **\- Weekly payments** **\- Benefits including Social Security, vacation bonus, paid vacations, and year-end bonus.** **\- Attendance and punctuality bonus of $500\.00 per month** Salary: $13,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
