Job Summary: Management and analysis of information from the Quality Management System (QMS), including internal audits and technical translation. Key Highlights: 1. Contribute to a continuous improvement environment Quality Management Analyst Position Objective: Manage tracking and measurement information of the Quality Management System (QMS), as well as technical translation and administration. We Offer: Salary: $11,000 MXN gross per month. Quarterly productivity bonus ranging from 10% to 35% of one month's salary. Monthly punctuality and attendance bonus of $500 MXN. Statutory benefits. Job stability. Opportunity for professional development. Responsibilities: Manage and update quality indicators in SharePoint. Conduct internal audits and investigations of deviations. Follow up on the closure of nonconformities (NC). Administer and update QMS documentation. Translate technical documentation (SDS, TDS, specifications). Develop process flowcharts. Monitor and update indicators (ICC, NC, OCD, ICP, SNC, MEI). Execute awareness campaigns on quality topics. Apply and analyze customer satisfaction surveys. Handle internal and customer requests related to the QMS. Generate reports and present departmental results. Contribute to a continuous improvement environment. Profile: Intern or graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or related field. Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and internal audits. Intermediate English (reading comprehension). Intermediate Excel (pivot tables and charts).
