Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive General Accountant with experience in accounting and finance to join our team. Key Highlights: 1. Proven experience in REP Intelisis and accounting systems 2. Inventory management and knowledge of ISR and IVA 3. Teamwork and communication skills We are looking for a **General Accountant** **Your responsibilities will include:** * Perform weekly bank accounting entries. * Maintain a weekly record of bank transactions. * Conduct weekly cash reconciliations. * Prepare monthly financial statements. * Prepare tax working papers. * Reconcile orders against issued CFDIs and bank deposits. * Reconcile cash sales against CFDIs and bank deposits. * Prepare weekly sales and expense reports for partners. * Perform monthly accounting entries in accordance with NIF (Normas de Información Financiera). * Prepare and stamp weekly payroll. * File the monthly Payroll Tax Return (CDMX, Puebla, and State of Mexico). * File the monthly Emissions Tax Return. * Conduct inventory preparation. **Characteristics:** * Proactive. * Team-oriented. * Strong communication skills. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting. * Proven experience in REP Intelisis and accounting systems (e.g., Contpaqi, SAP, or similar). * 4\-5 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles. * Inventory management experience. * Knowledge of ISR and IVA calculation.
