Working at HumanSite means being part of a highly skilled team, enjoying professional growth opportunities, and thriving in a collaborative and dynamic work environment. \- Location: Cuajimalpa de Morelos, Ciudad de México. **Job Requirements** * Education: University degree. * Experience: Experience in training and development. * Skills: Activity development, interactive e-learning content creation, proficiency in Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Experience delivering orientation, onboarding, or integration courses (Desirable). * Knowledge of Microsoft Forms or similar survey tools. **Job Responsibilities** * Design training and development programs aligned with organizational needs. * Create effective and interactive e-learning content to facilitate learning. * Collaborate with the human resources team to implement training strategies. * Evaluate the impact of training programs and make adjustments as needed.
