Position Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Engineer or related professional with experience in workshops and manufacturing to optimize production processes in a specialized design and manufacturing workshop. Main Responsibilities ● Organize and improve workshop production processes ● Support planning and prioritization of projects ● Control and management of inventories (materials, tools, consumables) ● Support procurement of materials and supplier relationship ● Monitoring of costs, consumption, and production timelines ● Basic coordination of workshop personnel ● Support process standardization without rigidifying creative work ● Propose continuous operational improvements; identify production issues and propose corrective solutions. Candidate Profile ● Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field ● 2–4 years of experience in workshops, manufacturing, metal-mechanical industries, or production ● Hands-on experience on the production floor (not solely administrative) ● Ability to work on unique, non-repetitive projects ● Organized, analytical, and practically minded ● Strong communication skills Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $18,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
